Groupe ARIA - Expérience négative [groupe Avenir]

Bonjour,

Nous vous avions fait part, il y a deux ans, de notre mécontentement concernant le suivi global de notre chantier et du service client du groupe ARIA (Groupe Avenir). Les solutions a apportées aux problèmes de fin de chantier avaient traîné en longueur et ce sont finalement de nouveaux interlocuteurs qui les ont apportés et se sont excusés pour le non pris en compte de nos demandes par l'équipe précédente.

Cet automne, 2 ans après notre emménagement, notre chaudière est tombée en panne : Embouage du circuit de chauffage. Selon notre chauffagiste cet entretien doit se faire tous les 5 à 10 ans et est anormal au bout de deux ans. (Information confirmée sur divers sites et forum et précisée sur son devis)

La cause la plus probable est un défaut d'installation : Le circuit n'a pas été nettoyé avant la première mise en service. Selon l'état des tuyaux neuf utilisés (ils peuvent s’abîmer pendant le stockage) il est possible qu'un dépôt anormal se forme rapidement s'ils ne sont pas préalablement nettoyés.

Le groupe ARIA (Maison Terre et Pierre) refuse la prise en charge du dépannage car la garantie biennale est dépassée de moins de deux mois

Compte tenu des problèmes antérieurs rencontrés (erreurs dans l’exécution des plans, RDV non assurés par le chef de chantier, 6 mois pour installer une tuile, sans jamais avoir été indemnisé) nous espérions que le groupe ARIA accepte la prise en charge de cette panne en décalant exceptionnellement notre garantie biennale de 2 mois.

Bonjour, j'ai ma seconde expertise judiciaire qui commence le 13 novembre 2017 les nominés sont ARIA du groupe teber avenir (constructeur), HCC (garant) et AVIVA pour la DO.
Car en effet soit ils font les mort (aucune réponse à nos mise en demeure, soit ils se décharge) je trouve ça surprenant quand on signe un CCMI vous ne trouvez pas?
