Le terrassement de notre maison viens de commencer cette après midi et déjà des ennuis
Le chef de chantier nous dit que le terrassement est difficile du au pierre qu'il y a dedans, il dit que c'est a nous de payer le radier car on aurais du faire faire des fouilles au préalable.
Les fouilles c'est au constructeur de le faire non?
Doit t'on vraiment payer ses frais supplémentaires ?
